A sculptural tale of suspended motion. Traditionally woven canvases transformed into three dimensional fiber art reliefs. Every fold and interplay of light is the result of manual shaping, freezing the dynamic nature of woven matter forever.

I · Handwoven

Born on the Loom

Each Aera piece starts as a fully handwoven canvas on a traditional loom in our Trzebinia studio. Natural wool and cotton threads interlocked by hand, row by row — building the raw material for what will become a sculpture.

The weave is deliberately open, allowing light to pass through the fibers — giving the final piece its characteristic translucency and depth.

II · Sculpted

Shaped by Hand

The raw fabric is artistically sculpted — folded, formed, and shaped entirely by hand. Every crease is deliberate, every canyon a conscious decision.

This is the moment where textile becomes architecture. Where flat canvas becomes three-dimensional landscape.

III · Frozen

Set in Time

A specialized textile medium permanently sets the sculptural form — freezing the dynamic motion while retaining natural softness and organic warmth.

Some pieces are then hand-painted to introduce gradient depth — the transition from light to shadow that gives each Aera sculpture its living, breathing presence.
